Woxer, creator engine
Ten creators on Baller, built for movement
I'd build Woxer a first roster: ten creators, seven videos each a week, paid on a cap, every claim taken from your product pages.
- creators live by week six
- 10
- creator videos a month at the full roster
- 303
- weeks from the first creator to the full roster
- 5

Five inches, one full workday
Illustrative only: a creator wears Baller Mulberry from the morning commute to the evening walk and reports on the waistband and the leg panels.

Summary
| Roster | Ten creators, two added a week for six weeks | Live by week: 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10. Ramp is Proposed. I'd start with Baller wearers. |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Women who already wear boxer briefs or active sets | Real wearers of Baller and Biker styles, not models who borrow the product for a day. |
| Production | Seven videos per creator per week | That is 303 creator videos a month at ten creators. Volume is Proposed, the total is Calculated. |
| Pay | Three bands: $300 fee to $800 fee | Starter $300 fee, $600 cap. Standard $500 fee, $1,000 cap. Premium $800 fee, $1,500 cap. |
| Bonus | Cap bonus plus $50 flat above 100,000 views | Cap bonus is $300, $500 or $700 by band. One $50 bonus per creator per month. Organic views only. |
| Compliance | Every post follows the claims sheet | Claims come only from your product pages. A post that breaks the sheet gets no bonus. |
| Category rule | Underwear: product worn as shown, no body claims | No health outcomes, no period-leak promises, no body comparisons. Pad liner posts stay inside your wording. |
| Goal | $1 per 1,000 views | Target cost per 1,000 views is Proposed. The middle case lands at $5.74, so the first job is closing that gap. |
| Report | Every Monday, one page | Videos by format, views, cost per 1,000 views and which hooks to kill early. |
| Decision | Your yes on the claims sheet and the first ten | The monthly ceiling is $15,000 with bonuses excluded. Nothing starts before you approve both. |

Track record
Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.
It is the same playbook as at Tabs: creators produce the volume, the winners go to paid, losers are killed early. The category is different, womens underwear, and I have not run it. So I lean on your own product pages and let the first ten creators teach us what works.
- monthly social impressions at Tabs

Why now
19,828
Reviews on Baller Mulberry
Baller Mulberry carries 19,828 reviews. Creators start from a product with a large body of customer proof, not from zero.
Published4.8
Rating of 4.8 out of 5 on Baller
The same Baller Mulberry page shows a 4.8 rating. A creator can point customers to the page that carries it.
Published506
Reviews on Baller Flex Steel Blue
Baller Flex Steel Blue, the active boxer brief, has 506 reviews and a 4.9 rating. It is the natural product for movement videos.

Principles
One number to protect
Cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target. Pay, formats and bonus rules all serve that number. A creator who raises it twice moves down a band.
Seven videos, then cut
Each creator posts seven videos a week. After two weeks I keep the hooks that earn views and drop the rest. One variable per test, so the cause is clear.
Claims come from your pages
Creators say what your product pages say: no-dig waistband, modal, sweat-wicking. Anything else goes to the lead first. The sheet is short on purpose.
Capped pay, no open tab
Fee and cap per band, a $50 flat bonus past 100,000 views, and a ceiling of $15,000 a month at ten creators. You always know the worst case.

One channel for everything
#briefs
Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers
Marisol (brand lead)Mon 8:30 AM
This week's brief: Baller Flex Steel Blue for movement, Baller Mulberry for an ordinary workday. Seven videos each, one hook per video, no repeats. Drafts to #drafts by Thursday.
Ana (creator)Mon 11:10 AM
Can I say Baller Mulberry is soft because it's modal? I'd like to use the line about twice as soft as cotton.
Yes, use the product page wording exactly: made from modal, a sustainable fabric twice as soft as cotton. Don't compare it with other brands.
Weekly botAppMon 7:00 AM
Last week: all live creators posted. Best format: waistband close-up. Weakest: unboxing. Cost per 1,000 views is above target. Two hooks flagged to kill.
Marisol (brand lead)Wed 2:15 PM
Draft sent back. The caption says it fixes chafing for good. We only say what the page says: chafe-free fit. Please re-record the last line and re-post to #drafts.
Weekly botAppFri 9:40 AM
Camila's Baller Heritage Plaid video passed 100,000 views, organic only. The $50 flat bonus is queued for this month. One bonus per creator per month applies.
Marisol (brand lead)Fri 10:05 AM
Check before we send it to paid: does the video show the product worn as on the site, and does it avoid body claims? If yes, it goes to the ad library.
Camila (creator)Fri 10:30 AM
Confirmed on both. The video has the hook in the first seconds, no health claim, and the disclosure tag is in the caption.
The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Formats

Brief 01
Workday test
“Active underwear made for movement”
Film a real workday on Baller Flex Steel Blue, morning to evening, one cut per change of setting. Voiceover only.

Brief 02
Waistband close-up
“Signature no-dig waistband”
Tight shot of the waistband while standing, sitting and bending. No face needed. Natural light, one take.

Brief 03
Modal touch test
“Made from modal, a sustainable fabric twice as soft as cotton”
Hold the fabric to the camera, then show Baller Mulberry on the hanger and worn. Speak only the product page wording.

Brief 04
Under clothes
“Sleek and smooth for friction-free fit under clothing”
Show leggings, a skirt and jeans over the same pair. Cut to the line under each. Keep it matter-of-fact.

Brief 05
Tag-free fit check
“Sensory-friendly with tag-free care label and chafe-free fit.”
Show the care label, then a walk-and-talk in the pair. Say the line once and let the footage do the rest.
Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Active underwear made for movement”, “Signature no-dig waistband”, “Made from modal, a sustainable fabric twice as soft as cotton”. Product names are said as printed.
Part 6 of 15
Recruiting
Four sources in
Existing Baller wearers
People who already post about boxer briefs or active underwear. Their audience knows the product type and needs no introduction to it.
Your reviewers
With 19,828 reviews on Baller Mulberry, I'd invite a small group of reviewers to apply. They come in already convinced.
Active and sleep creators
Creators in running, studio training and everyday comfort who show clothes under clothing. Woxer has active, sleep and pad liner ranges to match.
Affiliate or ambassador page
I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. So the roster starts from scratch, through direct outreach and a short application.
Five filters, fewer each step
1Wears it already
Shows boxer briefs or active underwear in past posts, not a one-time try.
2Hook in three seconds
Her last ten videos open with a clear hook, not a long intro.
3Reads the claims sheet
Passes a short quiz on what she may and may not say.
4Fits the category
Comfortable showing the product worn as on the site, nothing more.
5Reliable cadence
Delivers seven videos a week on time during a one-week test.
Part 7 of 15

Likely product: Classic Mulberry
Left off, every time
Always left out: anyone under age, anyone who wants to make health or body claims, anyone who compares Woxer with other brands, and anyone who would show the product in a way the site does not. The category rule is the product worn as shown, nothing more.

Never said
Each one with the reason it stays out.
Fixes chafing for good
The site says chafe-free fit. A permanent fix is a health outcome the site does not state.
Better than other brands' underwear
Comparisons are not on the site and invite complaints.
Keeps you healthy or prevents infections
Health outcomes are never claimed. The site says breathability and hygiene for the gusset only.
Leak-proof during your period
The pad liner pages say secure pad attachment. They do not promise leak protection.
Makes your body look slimmer
Body-shaping promises are not on the site and are off limits under the category rule.
Everyone gets free shipping
Shipping terms depend on order size and region. Creators send people to the site for terms.
To confirm with the brand
Held until someone on the brand side signs off.
FREE Shipping $150+
The site also shows free US shipping and returns on $75+. I need your current threshold before any creator mentions shipping.
Free shipping on all US orders
Appears on the site next to other thresholds. Until confirmed, creators do not quote any shipping offer.

Pay
Starter
$300–600

Bonus at the cap: $300
Standard
$500–1,000

For creators who hit the hook and cadence targets two weeks in a row. The default band.
Bonus at the cap: $500
Premium
$800–1,500
a month, by band
For creators whose videos carry the cost per 1,000 views to target. Highest fee and cap.
Bonus at the cap: $700
Under 100,000 views
$0
The base pay covers the work.
+$50 flat
Whatever the band.
Top-up to your cap
Bonus = band cap − base pay.
- One cap bonus per creator per month, paid only if she reaches her band's cap.
- The $50 flat bonus is per video: the first video to pass 100,000 views, once per month.
- Organic views only. Boosted or paid views never count toward the bonus.
- No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, however far it travels.
Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.
The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.
Part 11 of 15
Simulator
In the middle case ten creators cost $10,050 for 1.8M views: $5.74 per 1,000 against a $1.00 target. It closes if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

- 303
- Est. views / month

Above the $1 target at these inputs.
To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.
Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.
Part 11 of 15, continued
What moves the result
| If the median is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 750 | 1.4M | $10,050 | $6.96 | No |
| 1,500 | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 3,000 | 2.4M | $10,050 | $4.24 | No |
| If the viral share is | Views / month | Monthly cost | Cost / 1K | Hits target |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.3% | 1.2M | $10,000 | $8.44 | No |
| 0.5% | 1.8M | $10,050 | $5.74 | No |
| 1% | 2.9M | $10,150 | $3.52 | No |
The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.
Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Warm-up
Approve sheet and first two
You approve the claims sheet and the first creators. Two start posting. I set up the tracking spec and the hook library with your team.
Month 1
Ramp to six
Two creators join each week. All five formats are tested, one variable per test, and the weakest hooks are cut after two weeks.
Month 2
Reach ten creators
Roster reaches ten at week ten. Creators who beat the target move up a band, the others are replaced from the first twenty.
Month 3
Send winners to paid
The top organic videos go to the paid account under the Organic to paid steps. Creators keep making the formats that earn views.
Day 90
Review against target
Compare cost per 1,000 views with the $1 target. Decide together whether to hold, widen the roster or stop.
Monthly ceiling
$15,000 at ten creators
All ten creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded, make $15,000 a month. This is the Proposed worst case, and it is stated before we start.
$15,000 Monthly ceiling, all 10 creators at the top cap, bonuses excluded Proposed
The roster grows by two creators a week, so hook performance can be read week over week instead of by anecdote.

Part 14 of 15
Organic to paid
From organic to paid
Pick the winners
After two weeks, rank organic videos by views per post and keep the top few in the hook library.
Check the claims
Each candidate is checked against the claims sheet and the category rule before it leaves the creator account.
Get usage rights
The creator agrees to paid use of the video before it runs. No ad starts without this.
Test one variable
Run the video in paid against the same video with a new hook. Only one thing changes per test.
From the video to the checkout
- Point a Baller Mulberry video to its product page, which carries 19,828 reviews and a 4.8 rating.
- Point a Baller Flex Steel Blue video to its own page, with 506 reviews and a 4.9 rating.
- Send pad liner videos to the Pad Liner Collection, using only the wording of those pages.
- Mention free shipping only after you confirm the threshold, since the site shows several.
- Send holiday prints to the Holiday Collection, which shows nine new festive prints.
Part 15 of 15
Category rules
Underwear: what creators must follow
The category is intimate apparel. The rule is simple: show the product worn as the site shows it, say what the site says, and stay out of health and body talk. The ten-creator roster follows these six rules.
Product worn as shown
Creators wear the product as on the product page. No nudity and no sheer or revealing framing. The shot is about the fit, not the body.
Say only what the page says
Claims come from the claims sheet. A new line goes to the lead first, and nothing goes live until it is approved. Unapproved claims void the bonus.
No health outcomes
Creators never promise health results. The gusset wording stays the brand's own: organic cotton for breathability and hygiene. Nothing beyond it.
Pad liner posts stay literal
For Baller Pad Liner, creators say secure pad attachment and all-day comfort as the page says. No promise about leaks or period results.
No body talk
No comparing bodies, no slimming claims, no before-and-after. The product is for every body and the video should not suggest otherwise.
Disclose every post
Each post carries a clear paid-partnership tag. Creators also send people to the site for shipping and return terms, never quote them.
The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
